Moody Boho Wedding at the Ice Plant Bldg

Jessica and Mike’s moody boho wedding at The Ice Plant Bldg in La Grange, TX, was a beautiful blend of deep pinks and a whimsical bohemian feel.

Jessica carried a gorgeous bouquet of lush ruffled blooms, including lisianthus, dahlias and garden roses with funky texture. We wrapped the flowers in a soft velvet ribbon. Mike’s boutonniere featured a variety of textures and complimenting flowers to pop against his burgundy tux. The bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in satin, velvet and chiffon fabrics, in various shades of rose, terracotta, blush and burgundy.

The Ceremony

For the ceremony, we utilized our three-point copper arch to design asymmetrical floral pieces, with a base of colored babies breath and color blocked blooms. Check out our inventory of rentals here – available for all of our couples!

The Reception

Jessica and Mike’s boho wedding cocktail hour featured an iconic 6 foot tall floral monogram M, for their new last name. We utilized a base of silk flowers, and added live floral on the wedding day for some additional texture and movement. They also created a seating chart with custom sunglasses for all of their guests!

The Ice Plant Building provides long, beautiful. farm wood tables. Given the length of the tables we wanted a variety of centerpiece styles. Lush compotes were accented with a collection of bud vases, and pin frog arrangements. We added rose colored taper candles in brass candle holders to compliment the color palette. We also added in a few cut glass votive candles down the length of the wooden tables to add texture and compliment the boho design.

The sweetheart table was conveniently placed in front of the ceremony arch, which provided a stunning backdrop during the reception. We added rose candles and cut glass votives, with the bridal bouquet repurposed in a vase.
