One our recent trip to Paris, I was so inspired by the stunning Art Nouveau artwork in the city. Last year, we were so excited to work with an incredible team of creatives, led by Altar Ego Weddings and Mercedes Morgan Photography, for an Alphonse Mucha-inspired photo shoot. The gorgeous painted ladies were our muse for this shoot, and we incorporated decadent fruit and lush flowers into the designs, with fun pops of gold. We loved doing this bright and airy shoot at the Allen Farmhaus. When creating the arrangement, we wanted to incorporate lots of texture in order to make the white blossoms pop. It was an added bonus that we got to create and have some fun with a boho floral bracelet! We were obsessed with the makeup Makael Pritchard did for this shoot and could our model be any more gorgeous? It's always a pleasure working with working Grey to Blue Photography and we just love her light and airy style. The lace deatiling on this gorgeous boho gown from Celebration Bridal was perfect. Allen Farmhaus recently built their new outdoor chapel in New Braunfels, TX and we can't wait to design there. Check out more from this amazing team of vendors below.
There is a reason blush weddings are considered timeless. The tried and true combination of delicate, romantic blooms with pops of organic greenery doesn't go out of style.
Chloe and Jace's romantic Hill Country Wedding at Kali Kate Pavillion was full of lovely personal details, and we fell absolutely in love with all the textures in her garden blooms. The peachy pink Charity Garden roses paired with those pops of white and navy anemones were pure perfection! It was a blast planning with this couple, and her uber talented family brought in DIY elements to compliment all the pretty blooms. Enjoy these, and check out the awesome vendors we worked with on this gorgeous rustic glam wedding!

There is nothing I love more than gathering around a big farm table for an intimate dinner with friends. As we prepare for Thanksgiving, I feel so blessed to be a part of a community that feels like my home away from home, and friends that have become family.
I'm grateful that I get to design beautiful things for a living and co-create with like-spirited creatives. I had fun creating a sweet an simple rehearsal dinner inspiration shoot with some super sweet vendor friends recently, at my second office and neighbors on the square, The Root Cellar Bakery + Catering Co. in Downtown San Marcos. This historic space is full of warmth and good vibes, not only because of the amazing smells of fresh-baked goodies (you much try the savory croissants and vegan cinnamon rolls!) but also the friendly and warm staff. When I'm not knee-deep in flower stems, you can find me here dreaming up new ideas and indulging in sweets. :)
Thank you to Tashira Bradley with Lott of Events for dreaming up this rehearsal dinner shoot, and the always fabulous Kelly Costello Photography for capturing it so beautifully!
Making beautiful tables also inspired me to use some gorgeous wedding leftovers to design my first of three family Thanksgivings at our family ranch in LaGrange, Texas! I loved taking our mismatched decor and making an un-fussy table under the Texas sunshine.
Wishing you and your family many moments of food, fun and fellowship this Thanksgiving!
